Summary

This PR migrates the project from using sparqlalgebrajs to @traqula/algebra-transformations-1-2 for SPARQL algebra type definitions and factory creation. Additionally, it updates dependencies for graphql-to-sparql and jsonld-context-parser to newer major versions.

Key Changes

  • Replaced algebra library: Migrated from sparqlalgebrajs to @traqula/algebra-transformations-1-2 for Algebra type imports and factory instantiation

    • Updated Algebra type imports across all files (Client.ts, IQueryEngine.ts, QueryEngineMock.ts, and test files)
    • Replaced Factory from sparqlalgebrajs/lib/factory with AlgebraFactory from the new package
  • Updated dependencies:

    • graphql-to-sparql: ^5.0.0 → ^6.0.0
    • jsonld-context-parser: ^2.1.0 → ^3.0.0
    • Added new dependency: @traqula/algebra-transformations-1-2: ^1.0.0
  • Minor import path cleanup: Updated GraphQL execution type import from graphql/execution/execute to graphql/execution in Client.ts

Implementation Details

The migration maintains API compatibility while switching the underlying algebra implementation. The AlgebraFactory class provides the same createProject() method that was previously available from the sparqlalgebrajs factory, ensuring no functional changes to the codebase logic.

Migrates the SPARQL algebra typings from sparqlalgebrajs to
@traqula/algebra-transformations-1-2, which graphql-to-sparql v6 now
produces, and updates the ExecutionResult import for graphql v17.
