LLDB testing should be disabled

Per @khyperia in https://rust-lang.zulipchat.com/#narrow/channel/182449-t-compiler.2Fhelp/topic/debuginfo.20tests.20broken.20locally/with/571307617 these tests don't run in CI. On a contributor's machine they can easily fail to pass, for reasons I am not going to get into in this issue description because clearly I should not care about the specifics of why if we are not running these tests in CI. We should disable these sooner rather than later, long before trying to do any Big Cleanup projects for debuginfo testing.

The debuginfo-lldb tests run on CI in the aarch64-apple job.

I believe a relatively reasonable stopgap fix (until we rework debuginfo tests to be more reasonable, see e.g. https://github.com/rust-lang/google-summer-of-code?tab=readme-ov-file#improve-rust-compiler-debuginfo-test-suite ) is to add support in the test runner for max-lldb-version, and then add it next to this line for the relevant tests:

rust/tests/debuginfo/pretty-std.rs

That way, the tests can still be ran on CI with apple's old lldb in the aarch64-apple job, but contributors on linux/etc. with a modern lldb (which has a different output format) don't trip over a broken test.

(I will attempt to bisect the relevant exact LLDB version and make a PR with that when I have time. EDIT: never mind, things spiraled out of control when trying to bisect LLDB versions, I give up.)

I'm assuming you're asking for the LLDB version that is currently used in CI? I think we're using on Xcode 15 (SELECT_XCODE in src/ci/github-actions/jobs.yml), so that would be LLDB 1500:

Apparently the tests that are failing for @khyperia already specify a min-lldb-version of 1800, so they should just not run for LLDB.

I plan to update the Xcode version in #152013 btw, after that it'll be LLDB 1703:

Right. That's still too far behind for those tests, so I put up a PR that ignores all of them.
