Implements BER encoding (RFC 4511, implicit tagging) for LdapMessage and all ProtocolOp variants, round-tripped against the existing parser in a comprehensive test suite. Filter encoding enforces a recursion-depth limit to prevent a stack-overflow DoS on deeply nested filters built directly through the public API; added a fuzz target exercising parse/encode/parse round-trips to catch regressions of this class going forward.
