Does this not work? Why are you bypassing the API? toleranceSyncField = MP.RegisterSyncField(AccessTools.Field("RimWorld.DrugPolicyEntry:DrugPolicyEntry")).SetBufferChanges(); |

No, it doesn't. API is not enough to reg that field. |
