Regenerated weekly from the GitHub API across all 229 repositories — private ones included. That distinction carries the numbers: 2.5M of the 3.0M lines written are in private repositories (83%), so a widget that only sees public code would miss five sixths of it. Private repos are counted in every figure. 86 of them are named: those the cards rank, plus those still receiving commits (since 2025-12). The other 85 become
private-042in the raw data itself, before anything is written to disk — and an anonymised repo carries no description, README or topics either. See SETUP.md for how it works.
How much of the work above actually runs through agents. Unlike every card on this page, this one is not refreshed weekly: Claude Code writes only to
~/.claudeon the machine you sit at, and no API exposes it — so this is a hand-taken snapshot, collected on each workstation and merged here. Both of mine are in: Tour + MacBook Air. It stays a floor rather than a total, since local history only reaches as far back as the file does. Project names never leave the machine; only counters do. Regenerate withpython3 scripts/collect_claude.py.
