Make CTSC registries and native traces the only validation inputs. Remove spec-driven matching, extraction, flat traces, and the legacy harness while retaining deterministic discovery, capture, and static replay. BREAKING CHANGE: validate, run, and extract commands and all .spec.yaml verification APIs are removed.
