Moves the curl installer to https://bercail.dev/install.sh and puts a hello-world Astro site on bercail.dev, so the real website can replace that page later without moving the installer again.

  • site/: the bercail-site Worker serves the Astro build. run_worker_first: ["/install.sh"] sends that one path to the Worker, which proxies the repo's master the same way the legacy host does. Other repo paths 404 on the site.
  • workers/setup-domain now only serves setup.simoncrypta.dev. Older installs have that host baked in, so it stays. Both Workers share src/github.js.
  • Docs, help, defaults (install.sh, lib/common.sh), manifest.json and tests point at bercail.dev.
  • npm run deploy also builds and deploys the site. CI moves to Node 26 (current LTS, from mise latest node@lts), since Astro 7 needs Node 22.23.4 or later.

Already live: bercail-site was deployed by hand from this branch, and https://bercail.dev/install.sh is byte-identical to the legacy host's copy. Merging runs the first CI deploy with the new CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN.

Tests: all 25 tests/*_test.sh pass; ./install.sh --help and bin/bercail dry-run exit 0; both Workers checked under wrangler dev.

Closes bercail-808.

The bercail-site Worker serves the Astro build and runs first for
/install.sh, proxying master like the legacy host. The setup-domain
Worker now only keeps setup.simoncrypta.dev for older installs.
npm run deploy builds and deploys the site; CI moves to Node 26 (LTS),
which Astro 7 needs.
