Adds bercail review-pr: a read-only decisions and intent review for someone else's PR or a whole Graphite/GitHub stack, shown as Card and Stack tabs in the Herdr bercail-review mod.

  • The review pass infers intent from the code first (best guess, confidence, evidence), then checks it against linked issues, commit messages, and the PR description (weakest signal).
  • Stack tab with per-PR cards and a stack summary, review desk under the repo's own space, tuicr code review, and a combined refresh.
  • Fixes the review pass ignoring the configured model, and the tuicr code-review timeout.
  • Release commit: v0.11.0.

Adds bercail review-pr <url> with gather, a read-only bstack-pr-review pass, card, UI, and docs. Refs bercail-55m.
The review agent now follows [bstack] lead instead of a fixed model. Refs bercail-2dz.
Discovers the stack via gt or the GitHub base chain, uses a sibling worktree of the reviewed repo, and runs per-PR passes in parallel. Refs bercail-8he.
Adds the bercail-review mod (opened by review-pr ui), with the fzf UI as fallback outside the Herdr app. Refs bercail-me9.
Intent is inferred from the diff as a best guess with confidence and evidence, then checked against linked issues, commits and the PR description (weakest). Also folds in the Stack tab feedback round (descriptions under picker rows, clearer subheadings, review desk cards plus stack summary) and the tuicr code review timeout fix.
