Adds a WebP tab alongside PNG and JPEG on each SVG block, sharing the same canvas rasterization path. Image formats are now described by a single IMAGE_FORMATS table (MIME type, label, download filename). If the browser's canvas encoder does not support WebP (toDataURL silently falls back to PNG), the tab shows an error instead of a mislabeled download. Probe a 1x1 canvas once with toDataURL("image/webp") and omit the WebP
tab and panel entirely when the browser falls back to PNG (older Safari),
instead of showing a tab that can only display an error.
