Removes the superseded Spec 102 managed-template, signed-entitlement, enrichment metering, durable billing-outbox, and enrichment-pricing runtime from Synmetrix. Preserves Cube 1.7 tenant-driver compatibility, YAML compiler compatibility, generic Connection Called pricing, and ordinary semantic queries. A minimal unconditional legacy-object guard remains so the inactive historical ctx-enrichment schema cannot be restored or queried.\n\nValidation:\n- Exact Linux Cube image: 674/674 tests passed\n- Actions: 52/52 tests passed\n- Focused legacy guard, tenant driver, live-schema, and reconcile tests: 29/29 passed\n- Docker image build succeeded
