Inline the shared S2 File Identifier module into file_repair_tool_v5.html,
keeping it a single self-contained distributable, and run it as the FIRST
step when a file is loaded. The existing detectFormat() magic-number badge
is kept as-is; the module extends it with whole-buffer multi-file
separation:

  • identification panel renders above the log on file load
  • when multiple concatenated/embedded files are found, each extra piece
gets a download button before repair runs ('universal' handles every
type, so renderPanel's foreign list is empty and a small glue lists
    report.segments[1..] instead)
  • the repair engine now operates on report.proceedBytes (segment 0)
    instead of the raw buffer

Also add an "Identify a corrupt file" widget (file input + inline module,
fully client-side) to the web/index.html landing page.
