⚡ SpecFlow: Autonomous Specification-Driven Development (SDD) Framework

Python Ollama Framework License Architecture

An open-source multi-agent SDLC engine that translates technical feature specifications into bounded Context Stores, atomic Component Cards, and automated Spec-Drift quality gates.

📌 The Problem: Why Unbounded AI Coding Breaks at Scale

As engineering teams adopt AI coding assistants, delivery pipelines frequently encounter three systemic bottlenecks:

  1. Context Rot: Feeding entire repositories or unstructured PRDs into AI models causes hallucinations and high token costs.
  2. Architecture & Spec Drift: Code generated in isolation subtly drifts from interface contracts, edge cases, and telemetry standards.
  3. Review Fatigue: Senior engineers spend disproportionate time reviewing sprawling pull requests that missed core acceptance criteria.

💡 The Solution: Specification-Driven Development (SDD)

SpecFlow establishes a deterministic pipeline between Product/Technical Specifications and autonomous agent delivery:
