…ANGELOG (#10) - README: the French section is replaced by an English "Build, benchmark and hardware flow (details)" section (same content, UNRUN/TARGET tags kept). - `docs/deployment-zcu111.md`, `vivado/README.md`, Makefile messages, Tcl/CMake/C++ comments and console strings translated to English; hardware docs carry explicit UNRUN status notes. - **Fix:** `hls/run_hls.tcl` was stored as one line with literal `\n` sequences, so Tcl read it as a single comment. It is now a normal multi-line script (content unchanged). - `actions/checkout@v4` → `@v7`, `actions/upload-artifact@v4` → `@v7`. - `CHANGELOG.md` added. No algorithm changes. No release.
