docs(pkgdown): add the newer SportsDataverse packages to the SDV menu

Summary

Brings this site's navbar SDV menu up to date with the SportsDataverse package family.

Added: ggshakeR, soccerAnimate, sdvplotR (Plotting Packages); usfootballR, chessR, nwslR, puntr (R Data Packages); sdvplot, nwslpy, collegebaseball (Python); sdvplot-js, nfl-nerd (Node.js).

Each entry follows the menu's existing - text: / href: format and is appended to the end of its section (R / Python / Node.js); no existing entry is moved or removed.

Verification

• pkgdown::check_pkgdown() (R 4.6.1): no problems found.
• Every new URL returns HTTP 200: https://cfbseedR.sportsdataverse.org/, https://sdvplotR.sportsdataverse.org/, https://sdvplot.sportsdataverse.org/, https://plot.sportsdataverse.org/ (and the community links copied from the other SDV menus).

Part of the ecosystem-wide SDV links sweep (the same additions land in every SDV package's menu, the Docusaurus sites and the org profile README).
