how can we make this work on Tensorflow workloads? #4

I'm trying to use this on the tensorflow workloads, unfortunately, tensoflow uses cupti lib internally for scheduling. If there is any idea on how we can subscribe to CUPTI metrics it would be great. Thanks :)
