Summary

  • npm tarball now includes the root README.md and LICENSE (copied in by prepublishOnly), fixing the empty npmjs.com package page
  • Docker image publishes to ghcr.io/stretchcloud/campfire with the workflow's built-in token — no external secrets, populates the repo Packages tab
  • Bumps to 0.2.1

Testing

  • npm pack --dry-run verified README.md + LICENSE land in the tarball (183 files)
  • CI runs on this PR

Review provenance

  • Implemented by AI agent (Claude Code)
  • Human review: no

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

- prepublishOnly now copies the root README.md and LICENSE into web/ so
the npm package page renders documentation (npm shows the tarball
root README; web/ never had one, so npmjs.com showed an empty page)
- publish workflow pushes the Docker image to ghcr.io using the
built-in GITHUB_TOKEN (packages: write) instead of Docker Hub, which
required credentials that were never configured — this also populates
  the repo's Packages tab
- release 0.2.1
