docs: widen the project page hero

Summary

• move the paper title out of the narrow hero copy column and let it span the full editorial width
• keep all title phrases inline so wrapping follows the available horizontal space
• tune desktop and mobile type scales for deliberate, readable line breaks
• preserve the author/resource and support-atlas two-column layout beneath the headline
• rebuild the release manifest
