Upgrade Mattermost from 11.5.1 to 11.10.0.
Server/web tarballs come from cyberb/mattermost 11.10.0-syncloud, rebuilt from upstream tag
v11.10.0with the two Syncloud patches cherry-picked (branchsyncloud-11.10.0):Server.ListenAddras*net.TCPAddr(api4/ratelimit_test.go, three sites inapp/plugin_api_test.go, unusedstrconvinapp/server_test.go).server/go.mod; kept upstream dependency versions and re-addedgo-ntlmssp.The fork's own CI images were bumped too:
golang:1.25→golang:1.26.6(11.10.0 needs go >= 1.26.4) andnode:20→node:24(webapp dropped node 20 from engines).
