The failure is isolated to Add Changeset to Dependabot PRs: it creates the changeset successfully, then cannot push it (fatal: could not read Username for 'https://github.com'). dependabot-changeset.yaml configures checkout with persist-credentials: false, so the auto-commit action has no authenticated remote. This is a workflow configuration issue, not a sonner update failure.
