Summary

• raise the DatabentoBinaryEncoding compatibility floor to 0.1.6 so consumers receive the corrected MBO/Stat decoder
• clarify that live symbol callbacks execute synchronously and must stay fast/nonblocking
• remove an unlocked callback-list read
• correct HTTP retry documentation
• accept both legacy SHA 0.7 and stdlib SHA 1.x
• add assertions guarding the HTTP.jl 2.4 keyword migration
• document the release as v0.3.2

Validation

• Julia 1.12.1 with the corrected local DatabentoBinaryEncoding code: 1904 passed, 0 failed
• git diff --check: clean

Release gate

This PR remains draft until DatabentoBinaryEncoding 0.1.6 is merged into General via JuliaRegistries/General#167765. At that point CI should resolve the public package version and the PR can be rerun and marked ready.
