No sound, no access to local files

1. Any way to get sound?

After installing to Lenovo idea tab pro there is no audio at all. I could not find any sound related settings from the settings menu either.

2. Anyway to get access to personal files?

Another issue is I can't access to local files on the device (document, pictures, videos etc.) File explorer says no access to local drive (/).
