Determine where to fire alerts: CloudWatch or BetterStack?

In the same vein, determine how to integrate pagertree. Can BetterStack integrate with PagerTree? Or should PagerTree wait for an alert from CW?

For our first foray, lets have alerts to go to:

    I've set up. basic webhook triggering of incidents, a simple on-call schedule from Betterstack -> PagerTree.

    At this point, incidents must be crated , acked, and resolved via the betterstack UI, as any incoming webhook is creating incidents (trying to stop that.)
