two way dbo property linking #14
Description
right now, you can access properties that are assigned to a dbo that were pulled down from a database table. i would like it if we could define the properties of the table in the dbo, and then run a create method on the dbo which would create create the table. this method should automaticly be called if the table does not exist.

Triaged for Tipsy 2.0 (#57)
This is implemented: define
_fieldson a Resource andfields()/createTable()will create the table when it is missing (dialect-aware for Postgres/MySQL/SQLite). Closing as fixed in 2.0.
