Like this:

class Greeting {
    public static function hello() {
        echo 'Hi, Typsy!';
    }
}

$tipsy->router()->when([
    'route' => '/',
    'method' => 'get',
    'controller' => array('Greeting', 'hello')
]);

    Still open. Controllers support closures, Controller subclasses, registered names, and instantiable class strings with init — not ['Greeting', 'hello'] static method arrays. Closest 2.0 pattern is a Controller subclass or a wrapping closure.
