Adds a fixed-size Text Box element to the web editor.
The box can be resized independently of its text content and supports horizontal and vertical alignment as well as configurable horizontal and vertical margins.
Margin presets are provided for 0:0, 4:4, and 8:4, with 4:4 as the default.
The existing Text element remains unchanged.
Tested in the web editor; production build passes.
