env 6.1.2 — ENV_REMOTE factories: postgres(), redis(), PostgreSqlSystem - #15

One call picks a container or an already running stack, so services no longer copy the toggle and the remote coordinates into their tests: - env-core: ENV_REMOTE, envRemoteOn() (system property wins over the env variable) - env-db-postgresql: PostgreSqlSystem (jdbc() for any implementation), implemented by PostgreSqlContainerSystem and resettablePostgres; postgres(image, dbSuffix) — TEST_DB_URL/USER/PASSWORD with ENV_REMOTE=true (refused with a reason without TEST_DB_URL), PostgreSqlContainerSystem(image) otherwise. resettablePostgres keeps its 6.1.1 JVM signature for compiled binaries. - env-redis: redis(image) — resettableRedis from TEST_REDIS_HOST/PORT/DB plus spring.data.redis.database with ENV_REMOTE=true, RedisContainerSystem(image) otherwise - ResettableRedisRemoteTest: the guard database no longer coincides with TEST_REDIS_DB=0 Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
