The runner's Go is now go-plus 1.27.2. golangci-lint v2.13.2 can't read its export data (
export data version 5 is greater than maximum supported version 4), so the lint job fails on every PR. This PR changes one line: the pin goes to v2.14.0.Evidence (local, go1.27.2 plus): the prebuilt v2.13.2 binary gives 3 typecheck issues on main (7d81c22), all that error. The prebuilt v2.14.0 binary gives
0 issues.on main and on #41's branch. This PR's own lint job is the check that matters.
