Simon's Hacky Bug Triage Script

This is a little script I wrote to make it easier for me to triage a whole lot of bugs in Launchpad.

There's a lot of tsimonq2isms in here, but overall, it's a cool little script.

Everything's licensed under Apache 2.0 for now.
