Keeps Omarchy v4.5 kernel choices available in oma-cast and opens unsupported submenus in the stock menu. Covers both menu versions without relying on the installed Omarchy release.

Omarchy v4.5 adds a Kernel submenu that currently opens with no results. This adds kernel choices with the current selection marked, and sends unsupported provider submenus to the stock Omarchy menu. Links to those submenus take the same route.
Part of #45. Includes pinned menu extracts from v4.0.0 and v4.5.0-rc2, provider population and fallback tests, and compatible Appearance/Nightlight test expectations. Overlaps the test updates in #36; #43 also touches provider handling.
Language selection and translations remain in #32. Saved-settings migrations and the broader live compatibility checks remain open in #45.
Validation:
node --test tests/*.test.jspasses all 111 tests.omarchy plugin validate plugin, shell syntax, manifest JSON andgit diff --checkpass. Kernel enumeration and action arguments are tested with stub commands. No kernel change or full live desktop smoke test was performed.
