Brain online. Sleep schedule: unreachable.

Hey, I'm Ujwal.

Computer Science student, co-founder of two very different companies, and someone who can't leave an interesting problem alone long enough to finish the last one. Most of what ends up in a repository here started as "wait, how does that actually work" and spiraled from there β€” sometimes into a startup, sometimes into a folder I'll open again in three months.

Current Orbit

🌍 Babelize Co-Founder Shipping

AI-powered localization for modern web apps.

Next.js Β· TypeScript Β· AI

Learned how beutiful and ofc disastrous production can be!!

βš™οΈ Axior Labs Co-Founder Building

Making physical systems observable and intelligent.

RFID Β· Enterprise Β· Infra

Learned how can the one project you thought was useless, can turn into a start-up!!

🧠 Current Rabbit Hole Ongoing Reading

System design this week. Compilers are next in the queue.

Depth: increasing

whoami

$ whoami

Ujwal Bajaj β€” CS student, occasional destroyer of working code.

Splits time between Babelize (localization) and Axior Labs
(industrial hardware + software), and whatever unrelated
technical rabbit hole currently has priority.

Mission: understand things well enough to build them from scratch,
not well enough to explain them at a dinner party.

Why This Profile Exists

Not really a rΓ©sumΓ© β€” closer to a snapshot of how I work. I learn by building, not by reading about building, so most of what's here exists because I wanted to see if I could make it, not because it was on a roadmap. If a repo looks abandoned, it probably taught me what I needed and got benched.

Everything upstream feeds into what I actually ship. The rabbit holes aren't random β€” they're mostly "what would make the products I'm building better, or break less."

I don't collect frameworks. I collect ways of thinking. If I understand why something works, I can usually build with it β€” even badly, the first time.

Final Thoughts

Technology changes. What I'm curious about next week probably won't be what I'm curious about today. That's the whole system, working as intended.
