Preserve shared assets banner URL

Restore the shared https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ultralytics/assets/main/yolov8/banner-yolov8.png banner image URL in the four READMEs, keeping the YOLO27 destination links from #497. The YOLO27 artwork replacement lives in ultralytics/assets#200, so every consumer of the shared URL receives the new image without changing its source.
