背景\n\nNexusDock / NexusDock Cloud 的 Runtime 概览目前为了展示几个计数，需要分别读取 Tasks、Skills、Plugins、MCP 完整列表。其中 RuntimeSkills 会校验 Skill 包、计算 digest 并遍历文件，在真实设备上约需 1.7–1.9 秒。\n\n## 调整\n\n- 新增 GET /internal/runtime/overview\n- 直接返回 Task / Skill / Plugin / MCP 轻量计数\n- Skill 概览仅读取安装索引，不触发包校验、digest 或文件遍历\n- 保留完整 RuntimeSkills 等明细接口给详情页\n- 增加 Runtime API 与 Task 统计测试\n\n## 验证\n\n- make check 通过\n- Mac mini 真实数据（48 Skills）进程内实测：\n - RuntimeOverview：首次约 194ms，后续约 42–55ms\n - RuntimeSkills：约 1.65–1.93s\n - Overview Skill count 与 RuntimeSkills count 均为 48
