背景\n\nRuntime 概览原本串行跨设备读取 Tasks、Skills、MCP、Plugins 四份完整数据，远程往返和 Skill 全量扫描会叠加。\n\n## 调整\n\n- 优先通过一次 GET /internal/runtime/overview 获取轻量投影\n- 使用明确 DTO/契约解析 overview\n- 旧 AgentDock 明确返回 NOT_FOUND 时兼容回退\n- 旧版回退的四份明细改为并发读取，避免继续叠加四次远程往返\n- 移除 UI 未使用的 Skill overview 明细和旧 handler 侧聚合逻辑\n- 增加当前契约、旧版本回退与 Plugin unavailable 测试\n\n## 验证\n\n- make check 通过\n- go test -race -count=1 ./internal/agentdock ./internal/httpx 通过
