After the replacement documentation is live, Code releases no longer need a cross-repository dispatch to the legacy docs repository. Remove sync-docs.yml, its dedicated GitHub App entry from the security checklist, and the obsolete hardening-test expectations. Framework documentation continues to ship in the veryfront npm package through the existing release process.

The final diff is three files: 5 additions and 54 deletions. Scoped release and Homebrew publishing checks remain enforced. No package version changes.

Validation on refreshed branch 366d97963b94c4ac44e5e6f34979ed06d4b88be6:

• deno task test:file src/security/repository-hardening.test.ts passed all 13 steps with exit code 0.
• CI 42320514112 and CodeQL 42320514101 completed successfully on this head. All 66 completed checks passed; automated review remains pending because this PR is intentionally held as a draft.
• Formatting and git diff --check pass. Searches find no remaining references to the deleted workflow or its dedicated App credentials in source, scripts or workflow configuration.
• Whole-branch codex review --base origin/main found the workflow, checklist and tests consistent with no code findings. The reviewer's separate test attempt hit a cache-permission error; the direct focused run above completed successfully.

Hold as draft with auto-merge disabled. Do not merge until Studio production documentation is live, public checks pass, and routing rollback/reapply has been exercised. The user's production hold remains in force. Dedicated credential removal is a later retirement step; no workflow or credential has been disabled or removed from the default branch by this PR.

A server module in a client graph aborts hydration in the browser. New leaks fail CI; known leaks are tracked in scripts/lint/client-bundle-baseline.json to burn down.
