- Upgrade nuxt to 4.6.4 (fixes @nuxt/vite-builder private runtime config exposure) - Bump mermaid to ^12.3.0 so dompurify resolves to 3.4.17 - Override compression to ^1.8.2 (serve@14.2.6 pins 1.8.1) - Refresh lockfile for node-forge 1.4.3 and source-map-js 1.2.2 - Import h3 from `h3/node` in core, since Nuxt 4.6 pins bare `h3` to v1 types - Assert `runtimeConfig.app.connection` type, now `unknown` under Nuxt 4.6

What changed in this PR
This PR updates dependencies to address reported vulnerabilities and adapts Vite DevTools to Nuxt 4.6’s type changes.
Changes:
- Upgrade Nuxt to 4.6.4 and Mermaid to ^12.3.0, and override compression to ^1.8.2.
- Explicitly type runtime connection metadata in the Vite, Rolldown, and Oxc clients.
- Consolidate core’s H3 imports under
h3/nodeto avoid Nuxt’s bare-module type mapping.
