Excess Permissions

Hello, as an app that "works 100% offline", it seems that the view network connections and the have full network access permissions are redundant. Could you kindly remove them ?

Thanks for the report. Checked both permissions and they're genuinely used, not excessive:

• INTERNET: real network calls in both full and foss flavors, no Google dependency — DOI citation import (CrossRef API) and dictionary downloads. Both are plain HttpURLConnection.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: comes in transitively alongside INTERNET (standard for apps doing HTTP).

The actual bug was the store listing claiming "works 100% offline," which isn't accurate — reading, annotating and organizing documents work fully offline, but those two optional features need network. Fixed the wording in 8fbe65a instead of removing a permission that real features depend on.
