Splits the desktop-window work out of #80 for focused review (3/4).

Summary

  • use a roomier 1280 x 820 first-launch size
  • persist normal window position, dimensions, and maximized state
  • clamp restored bounds to the closest currently available display
  • stop upload/editor project transitions from overriding user-selected dimensions
  • preserve the existing two-step native Close behavior without using project mode for resizing

Validation

  • npx tsc --noEmit
  • npm run typecheck:electron
  • npm run lint
  • npm run build:electron
  • manually verified that 1180 x 760 restores exactly after restart and remains unchanged after importing media

Restore window position, size, and maximized state, clamp saved bounds to available displays, and stop project transitions from overriding user-selected dimensions.
