feat(ios): add experimental XCFramework build support

Summary

• Add a macOS build script and CI job to package experimental iOS device and simulator targets into an XCFramework.
• Mark unsupported iOS event-loop and native features explicitly, and document host requirements and experimental limitations.
• Add build-script and runtime coverage for iOS packaging and unsupported event-loop behavior.

Testing

• Added Bun tests for iOS build planning, framework packaging, and unsupported event-loop behavior.
• CI builds and uploads the experimental iOS XCFramework on macOS.
• Not run locally.
