Align JVM bytecode target for JMH Java/Kotlin compile tasks so compileJmhKotlin passes with the JVM_24 convention.

Purpose
This PR completes the kffi externalization in wgpu4k-native. The project now consumes the published org.graphiks:kffi artifacts and keeps only the generated WebGPU bindings and wgpu4k-native-specific code. The former embedded kffi sources, intermediate consumers, stale documentation, and publication checks are removed so the repository no longer behaves as if kffi were an internal subproject.
The bindings are refreshed against the current kextract/kffi API, desktop JVM consumers are aligned with the Java 25 bytecode emitted by kffi, and platform pointer conversions are updated for Linux and Windows. CI uses the committed bindings and retains checks covering JVM, Native, Android, and iOS-facing code paths without regenerating bindings on every run.
The intended result is a smaller and clearer wgpu4k-native repository whose public build depends on the published kffi contract while preserving the supported platform behavior.
