WBS-4.3.2.1 Spine样本bundle导入probe与降级壳 #73

工作目标：

• 在不接入主战斗流程的前提下，以 NodeConsoleApp2-SpineAssets 的正式样本 bundle 为输入，建立主工程侧的 bundle 导入 probe、错误分类和降级壳。

工作内容：

• 新增 SpineBundleLoader 与 SpineBundleFallbackPolicy
• 生成 spine bundle probe report 的 json / mjs / js 三类产物
• 建立可直接通过 file:// 打开的独立 probe 页
• 补齐自测报告、人工验收清单和会话交接记录

• file:///home/wgw/CodexProject/NodeConsoleApp2/NodeConsoleApp2/test/spine_bundle_probe.html 可直接打开并显示完整导入诊断

当前状态：

• 已自测
• 待人工验收
