• Rebuilt network core: connection lifecycle, keepalive, reconnect pacing and flood control

• Faster update recovery: gaps are filled after 700 ms, channel gaps are fetched at once, and silent connections are checked with updates.getState
• Sessions store the update state, so updates missed while the client was offline are fetched after a restart
• File transfers use adaptive part sizes, in-flight budgets and premium limits; downloads through CDN data centers are supported
• Faster TL runtime: the package is 24% smaller unpacked, the API loads twice as fast with a third of the memory, and parsing is about 4x faster with 6x less memory per object
• Api.Message is a real CustomMessage subclass, so its getters work before a client is created
• Deprecated, still working and logging a warning: networkSocket, PromisedNetSockets, PromisedWebSockets and proxy connection classes passed as connection; use transport instead
• Previous deep import paths such as teleproto/client/uploads keep working

Fixes

• MTProxy dd and ee sessions no longer fail on the first encrypted message
• Reconnects through fake TLS proxies are paced instead of bursting, so proxies no longer reject the client as a scanner
• A failed connection no longer switches the session to IPv6 when useIPV6 is off
• getPeerDialogs and other dialog methods accept usernames, "me" and entities
• chatId of basic groups is resolved from marked ids in raw requests; secret chat ids are left intact
• utils.getPeerId no longer mutates the given peer
• client.updates.watch stops polling a channel when the returned function is called
• CallbackQuery.edit edits the message with the button without passing its id
• TL objects with a flag shared between a true field and a value serialize correctly
