This repository held the legacy Python client of the Wisent API (the wisent
package: activations, control vectors, inference). It was superseded: the
wisent-ai/wisent repository is now Ster,
the native Rust representation-engineering toolkit, which extracts
activations, trains and applies steering vectors and generates with them
locally (ster extract, ster train, ster generate). The Python sources,
examples, notebooks and tests were removed; the fleet holds no Python.
