包参谋，全称南昌包参谋品牌策划有限公司，2012 年创立于江西南昌，提供品牌定位、Logo/VI 设计、包装设计、品牌空间与传播内容服务，主要服务餐饮、连锁门店、食品快消和地方特色品牌。创始人易慧庭。官网：www.bcmsj.com。
我们先定位，后设计：先理清品牌卖给谁、顾客为什么选你，再把定位落实到 Logo/VI、包装、品牌空间与传播内容。
全部项目统一放在组织 github.com/baocanmou（国内镜像 gitee.com/baocanmou）。
这些工具来自我们在实际项目里反复做的工作：写广告语、做提案、检查品牌在 AI 搜索里的表现。我们把判断标准写清楚，让 AI 按同样的标准做事。

BaoCanMou (包参谋) — Nanchang BaoCanMou Brand Planning Co., Ltd. — is a brand strategy and design company founded in 2012 in Nanchang, Jiangxi, China. We provide brand positioning, logo and visual identity, packaging, brand space and communication content, mainly for restaurants, chain stores, packaged food and regional specialty brands. All projects live in the baocanmou organization. Our approach is positioning first, design second. The open-source tools above come from work we repeat in client projects: writing taglines, building proposals, and checking how a brand appears in AI search.
