Quickdraw already shuffles with a seeded Random, but the seed is never printed, so a failing order cannot be replayed, and tests have no way to get at it. That makes it hard to write a fuzz test whose failure someone else can reproduce.

This prints the seed at the start of the run and in the summary, reads SEED when --seed is not given (minitest-style, --seed wins), seeds Kernel.rand with it before test files load, and exposes it to tests as seed. CI also ran qt -t 1, which has failed since threads were removed, so that is now -p 1.

Quickdraw already shuffled files and tests with a seeded Random, but the
seed was never shown, so a failing order could not be replayed. Print it
at the start of the run and in the summary, fall back to the SEED
environment variable when --seed is not given, seed Kernel.rand with it
the way minitest does, and let tests read it via `seed`.

The threads option was removed in 2e72ea1, so `qt -t 1` fails with an
invalid option before running anything.
