Move to Go 1.26 and update every dependency - #9

gopsutil 4.26.9 requires Go 1.26, which is why Dependabot's bump (#8) failed CI: the build matrix still ran Go 1.25 with GOTOOLCHAIN=local. The matrix, go.mod and the README now say 1.26, and the rest of the module graph is brought up to date at the same time. bubbletea and lipgloss stay on v1; their v2 lines live under a new module path and are a migration, not a bump.

GOTOOLCHAIN=local. This bumps the matrix,go.modand the README to 1.26 and runsgo get -u ./...across the module.bubbletea and lipgloss stay on v1 — their v2 releases moved to a new module path and need a migration, not a bump.
Supersedes #8. Built, tested with
-raceand vetted locally on Go 1.26.0.
