目标与范围
为本人和四五位可信朋友提供单个本地音视频文件的网页上传入口，复用现有转录、校对、总结、公开结果及通知，不增加账户或网盘。
本 PR 包含网页文件选择/拖拽、原始流上传、回执消费、本人历史与停止分享；后端仅在上传历史分支返回必要的有效独立
upload_view_token字段。既有view_token=None与上传根旧列留空的契约不变。停止分享位于本人历史，不为按钮位置新增 API 或令牌来源。验收合同
POST /api/uploads发送原始 File/Blob、application/octet-stream、Bearer、epoch_ms-UUID 的Idempotency-Key；X-Upload-Metadata是 UTF-8 JSON 的 base64url，恰六字段filename/byte_size/title/source_url/retention/processing_options，空可选项为 null，false 保留。无 multipart、客户端整文件预 hash 或自动 POST 重试。验证入口与边界
npm run test:web、npm run test:browser、make test；Chromium workers=1、retries=0。浏览器回归须断言实际字节/header/key/中文六字段及 false、桌面/小屏 picker/键盘/drop、未知核实、新参数、在途替换、历史/停止分享。负路径只能允许精确预期的 HTTP 来源，意料外 console/pageerror/requestfailed/HTTP 错误仍失败。独立 token 的后端生命周期在真实 FastAPI 测试锁定。
现 Browser regression 使用本地 synthetic HTTP fixture，不能冒充完整 Browser→FastAPI→ASR SDK 链；完整端到端验收仍是后续 M5 必须项。真实模型质量、生产容量、反代、完整恢复域及生产部署均不由本 PR 认证。上传生产开关保持 off，不改真实配置/data。
有限本地前置豁免（用户已明确授权，仅本 PR）
只豁免以下两个本地前置，以新的正式 CI 完整代码主审、全量测试和 Browser regression 替代：
vitest: not found、exit 127，测试未启动；不将该预检称绿，不声称是业务断言红。豁免不覆盖正式 CI、代码正确性、测试、合并守卫、完整端到端验收或生产授权；不继承其他 PR 的豁免。必须标 ready 后完整 primary、quality Tests、Browser regression 真正执行成功，draft skipped/no-op/聚合绿色不算。
生产影响
没有部署、开启功能或填生产限额。正常 PR 合并仅交付软件候选；真实页面到 API/SDK/结果的完整验收及生产启用条件仍保留。
