修复 issue #227 最后断链：llm_task 交接时透传真实种子 kind
#228（种子取值）与 #229（标签采纳 + reader 精确复现）之后仍有一个断点：transcription 分层补种把种子（dialogs 优先，518 段）放进
llm_task["timeline_segments"]交接，_resolve_chapters_timeline_segments分支 1 把 kind 硬编码为 "segments"——产物标签再次失真，notes reader 走 load_segments（556 段）与 chapters 实际锚点（518 段 cached dialogs，fp b5bebec0a91b）错配（生产实证 task_61b56024）。改动
transcription.py：种子解析处记录真实 kind（dialogs →cached_dialogs，load_segments →segments），写入 handofftimeline_segments_kindllm_ops.py：分支 1 改读透传 kind，缺省回退 "segments"（旧调用方/tests 直传行为不变）验证
部署后动作
删 BV1fcHD6cEw3 的 llm_chapters.json → 重提重生成 → 触发详细笔记，#227 闭环（主脑执行）。
