浏览器回归会把 console error 与来源 URL、page error、request failed 及 HTTP 4xx/5xx 写入失败诊断。Playwright 失败时保留 trace 和截图，并由 Browser regression workflow 上传 Playwright
outputDir，artifact 保留 7 天。本次证据策略覆盖 Chromium step 正常结束为失败的普通断言失败和 Playwright 用例超时。末尾 console/network 汇总只在业务断言通过后运行；若较早断言失败，先看原断言消息与 trace。job 超时、手动取消或 runner 终止不承诺上传 artifact。
真实 workflow_dispatch 探针 run 39003528268 以预期的合成 404 失败结束；artifact
playwright-test-results（ID12090260702）已从 GitHub 下载。Trace Viewer 实际显示失败测试动作，以及http://127.0.0.1:41277/__e2e__/diagnostic-404.png的 GET 404。独立审查提出的两条 P2 事实接受不修、不阻断：早期业务断言失败时末尾汇总不会运行，但有原断言消息和 Playwright trace；job 超时或取消不属于本次失败步骤 artifact 承诺。私有 PWRS 不接入本开源仓，亦不要求
PWRS_REPORTER_TOKEN；真实 Chromium 回归继续阻断。验证：
npm run test:web187 passed，npm run test:browser19 passed，make test通过；本次 CI 404 探针的 artifact/trace 下载查看已实证。Fixes #259
