侧栏支持直接拖动右侧边缘调整宽度，并在本机保留选择。默认仍为 299px，可用范围为 232–420px；窗口暂时收窄时保留原偏好，窄屏继续使用现有抽屉布局。
支持左右方向键、Home/End、Enter/双击复位；Escape 或中断手势会撤销未完成拖动。移除没有消费者的旧侧栏拖动组件及其孤立 CSS/测试。
基于 #446，合并顺序在 #446 之后。缩小聊天区域会暴露已有用户消息 tooltip 溢出，相关独立修复为 #441。
已合入 #432 的
fc0935d6fc03ca7abccbd148ce52d26c2bc154f8，同步 Chrome 握手和 DMG Resource busy 修复。原 macOS amd64 CI 在TestAgentBrowserRealViewportAndLayoutEvidence连接 DevTools 时失败；旧实现丢弃底层错误，现有日志不能确定具体失败原因。本次复用已有修复，让握手使用剩余启动期限、响应取消并保留错误原因。验证：68 项相关组件、工作台和搜索测试通过；最终单击偏好修复后 5 项拖动测试再次通过；生产构建、协议登记检查、diff 检查通过。真实 Windows Chrome + 同一 Go API/SQLite 验证拖动跟随、键盘、取消、宽度保存/恢复、草稿保留、设置侧栏和 390px 抽屉。原生桌面包和触摸硬件未实测。
补充验证：Windows/amd64、Go 1.26.10 下，两项握手测试通过（覆盖超过 5 秒的成功握手、截止期限和主动取消）；三项 DMG 模拟测试通过（Resource busy 重试、永久错误/重试耗尽和创建超时）。这 4 个文件与 #432 对应文件一致。macOS 原生验证以本 PR 最新提交的 CI 结果为准。
