Implements inline VALUES tables (VALUES (1,'a'), (2,'b'), FROM VALUES ... AS t(a,b), FROM (VALUES ...) t(a,b)): new PlanNode::InlineTable (unresolved) resolved by the analyzer into one Project per row under an n-ary Union; column types are the set-operation wider type (no string promotion with ANSI off), mismatches are INVALID_INLINE_TABLE.INCOMPATIBLE_TYPES_IN_INLINE_TABLE, unevaluable cells (rand(), aggregates, windows, subqueries) are ...CANNOT_EVALUATE_EXPRESSION_IN_INLINE_TABLE, an unknown column is UNRESOLVED_COLUMN. ENCODING_VERSION 3 -> 4 (the clause-forms PR also bumps it: whichever merges second moves to 5). Registry matrix manifest updated: 278 more cases pass.
`VALUES (1, 'a'), (2, 'b')`, `SELECT * FROM VALUES ... AS t(a, b)` and
`FROM (VALUES ...) t(a, b)` failed with KRISHIV_UNSUPPORTED_FEATURE. They
now lower and analyze as in Spark, so the `CREATE TEMPORARY VIEW v AS
VALUES ...` setups of the Spark golden files execute.
Lowering turns both the query-body and the table-factor form into one new
unresolved node, PlanNode::InlineTable { rows, columns } (Spark's
UnresolvedInlineTable). Columns are col1, col2, ... unless an alias column
list renames them; the alias stays a SubqueryAlias; row aliases are
dropped; a single-column row written without parentheses is one column.
The node is added to the inventory table, the generator, the printers,
walk.rs and the canonical encoding (ENCODING_VERSION 3 -> 4).
The analyzer resolves the node (Spark's ResolveInlineTables). Every cell is
bound with no input columns; column references, aggregates, windows,
subqueries and nondeterministic calls fail with
INVALID_INLINE_TABLE.CANNOT_EVALUATE_EXPRESSION_IN_INLINE_TABLE, while the
clock functions (now(), current_timestamp()) stay, and unknown routines are
UNRESOLVED_ROUTINE. Each column's type is the set-operation wider type with
ANSI on and the same rules without string promotion with ANSI off; no
common type is INVALID_INLINE_TABLE.INCOMPATIBLE_TYPES_IN_INLINE_TABLE.
A column is nullable where any row's value is. The node is then rewritten
into one Project over OneRowRelation per row (values cast to the column
type, aliased to the column name) under an n-ary Union, so the optimizer,
physical planner, executor and plan codec are unchanged. Row order is the
Union's.
To tell Spark's nondeterministic functions the engine does not implement
(rand) from unknown ones, FunctionRegistry gains spark_deterministic().
Spark-compatibility checks: 24 of the 27 inline-table.sql statements match
the 4.2.0 golden (schema, rows, error class and parameters); the remaining
three need array(), struct() or timestamp() which the engine lacks. The
using-join.sql view and queries and the `GROUP BY all` column case from
group-by-all.sql also match. NATURAL JOIN, GROUP BY ALL and the complex
type columns in natural-join, group-by-all and pivot are still
unsupported for their own reasons.
Unverified: diff coverage was not measured with a tool; the non-ANSI
no-string-promotion rule is covered by a unit test only (the goldens run
with ANSI on).

A name in a VALUES cell resolves against nothing, so Spark 4.2.0 raises
UNRESOLVED_COLUMN.WITHOUT_SUGGESTION for `VALUES (x)`, `VALUES (x + 1)` and
`VALUES (t.x)`; only an expression that resolves but cannot be evaluated
(rand(), count(1), a window, a subquery) is
INVALID_INLINE_TABLE.CANNOT_EVALUATE_EXPRESSION_IN_INLINE_TABLE. The
analyzer no longer maps the missing-column error to the latter.
A hand-built inline table whose row width differs from its columns now
fails as unsupported instead of NULL-filling or truncating (the parser
rejects those rows). The query-body and table-factor paths share one
SubqueryAlias wrapper, and a 10,000-row inline table is analyzed in a test.

The function matrix cases that build their input with VALUES now analyze,
so 278 more cases pass (9,370 -> 9,648 of 12,512). Rewritten with
KRISHIV_UPDATE_MANIFEST=1; the diff only removes entries and raises
per-function pass counts.

Walkthrough
The change adds SQL VALUES support by lowering rows into unresolved inline-table plans and resolving them into typed projects and unions. It also adds plan traversal, display, encoding, and session-level tests.

Summary
Inline-table plan representation and traversal crates/krishiv-plan/src/plan.rs, crates/krishiv-plan/src/walk.rs, crates/krishiv-plan/src/display.rs, crates/krishiv-plan/src/encode.rs, crates/krishiv-plan/src/lib.rs, crates/krishiv-plan/src/tests/*
PlanNode::InlineTable stores expression rows and column names. Traversal, teardown, display, encoding, inventory, and property-test support now handle the node. The canonical encoding version changes to 4.
VALUES lowering and aliases crates/krishiv-sql/src/lower.rs, crates/krishiv-sql/tests/lower.rs
Query-body and table-factor VALUES clauses lower to inline-table plans. Lowering uses supplied alias columns or generates col1-style names, and applies table aliases through a shared helper.
The resolver validates row shapes and cell expressions, widens column types, casts and aliases values, and builds projects over OneRowRelation. Multiple rows become a Union; output nullability reflects the rows.
Session tests cover VALUES results, schemas, error cases, explain output, temporary views, joins, and grouping. A temporary-view test now expects a VALUES definition to succeed.
Ordinary VALUES behavior is covered, but shared-expression plans may analyze slowly and the large-row test may fail on a loaded runner. These are bounded risks to address before or shortly after merge.
Security architecture risk: Low · up to 29919
The new VALUES path isolates expressions from surrounding query columns and rejects disallowed expression kinds before producing executable plans. No concrete privilege expansion was established. Remaining uncertainty concerns deployment-specific exposure and extensions beyond the inspected execution path.
Retained concerns
No architecture-level concerns identified.
Security review details
Security Blast Radius
inferred — The established new exposure is query-authored VALUES expressions reaching analysis and existing scalar execution. The inspected route constructs row relations rather than sourcing table data; deployment-wide tenant, service, and environment exposure was not established.
Trust Boundaries and Controls
observed — Eligibility checks recursively inspect cells before binding and resolved expressions afterward. They reject subqueries, windows, aggregates, nondeterministic calls, and non-scalar resolved functions, including nested expressions.
inferred — Determinism metadata is an expression-eligibility control, not proof of function purity or authorization. That distinction does not establish a new attack path here: the inspected runtime uses the existing scalar binder, and no newly reachable privileged function was identified.

- Around line 211-221: Add a visited set to the InlineTable traversal in the
enclosing match arm, deduplicating nodes by their existing identity key before
processing them. This prevents repeated traversal of shared expression subgraphs
while preserving the current behavior of adding plan nodes to next and walking
expression children.

…golden refresh
Add a visited set to the InlineTable arm of the bind walk so shared
expression subgraphs are traversed once, matching check_inline_cell
and check_inline_bound. Replace the wall-clock assertion in the
10,000-row inline table test with a structural assertion for one
n-ary Union of 10,000 inputs. Refresh the Spark golden baseline,
which only removes now-passing statements.

… order
An inline table resolved to an n-ary Union of per-row Projects whose
parallel pipelines raced past a downstream LIMIT without ORDER BY
(group-by-ordinal#32 got row 3, want row 1). Lower multi-row inline
tables to one Expand over OneRowRelation with a projection per row, so
the rows keep their order in a single pipeline.
Run fan-in pipelines one after another, in branch order, when none of
their shared operators needs a cross-driver flush, and together
otherwise, so UNION ALL output is branch-ordered as Spark's
partition-ordered collect is (postgreSQL/union#45, #47).
Tests: a repeated LIMIT-1-over-inline-table order test including the
golden scalar-subquery shape, and a repeated union branch-order test.
Golden baseline refreshed by removal of the 12 now-passing statements
only.
